Draft meeting minutes with AI
Turn a meeting's agenda, attendance and vote results into minutes you finish and publish.
ManagersNewUpdated
Owners, admins, managers and board members find the Minutes draft card on a meeting's page, below the agenda and attendance.
- Step 1: Press Draft minutes with AI. Best after you've pressed Mark as held, so vote results are final.
- Step 2: The draft uses the agenda, the attendance register (units and area represented) and the exact results of linked votes. It's written in your organization's language.
- Step 3: Fill in the placeholders such as "[Add discussion notes]"; a chip counts how many are left. The draft never invents what was said.
- Step 4: Edits save automatically, or press Save.
- Step 5: Press Save as document, choose Who can see it (Residents or Board only), and press Save document.
Saving creates "Minutes — (meeting title)" in Documents, links it as the meeting's minutes and makes it searchable. Saving again adds a new version. Attendee names are added by Kelvo Nest in an annex and are never sent to the AI.
- Regenerate writes a fresh draft; if you edited it, you're asked first because your edits are replaced.
- Without AI, Fill in template creates a structured English template from the same records.
- AI drafts are limited per organization per day (shared with the annual report).
