See who owes what, how long it's overdue, and every unit's full statement.

Payments overview
Payments › Overview shows Outstanding, Overdue, Collected this month and bank rows that Need review. Debt aging groups overdue amounts into 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days.
Unit balances
Payments › Balances has three tabs: Debtors (largest debt first), In credit and All units. You see each unit's balance, overdue amount, how many days the oldest invoice is overdue, its reminder level and whether it's on a payment plan.
A unit's account
Open a unit to see what it owes, its open invoices, payments, payment plan, reminder history and a Statement of every charge, payment and adjustment with a running balance. From here you can Record payment, Send reminder or set up a Payment plan.
