What Due, Partially paid, Paid and Overdue mean, and how credit and reminders work.

Invoice statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Due | Issued and waiting for payment. |
| Partially paid | Part of it has been paid. |
| Paid | Fully paid. Nothing to do. |
| Overdue | The due date has passed and money is still open. |
Balance and credit
- Your home screen shows your account balance: what's not yet paid, or that you're in credit.
- If you pay too much, the extra is kept as credit and used automatically on your next invoice.
- Reserve fund shows what you've contributed toward future repairs of the building.
- Invoices › Payments lists every payment your association has received for your home.
Payment reminders
If your association uses automatic reminders, the person who receives the invoice gets an email when a payment is overdue, with the bank details and references to use. If you're having trouble paying, message your association; they can agree a payment plan with you.
