Enter readings yourself

On 1. Readings, the All meters tab lists every meter with its previous reading. Type the current value and press Enter to save and jump to the next row. Use the arrow keys to move and Esc to undo. Missing only hides meters that are already read.

Readings you enter are approved immediately. Typing over an existing value corrects it.

Review resident readings

Resident readings that need a look appear on the Needs review tab. Each card shows the previous value, the submitted value, the usage, the photo and what the AI read from it.

• The AI chip shows the value and confidence: green at 90% or more, amber from 60%, red below.
• Approve accepts the reading.
• Correct… saves a different value (the AI's value is pre-filled) and approves it.
• Reject… asks the resident for a new reading. A reason is required and the resident sees it.
• Bulk actions: Approve all without flags or select several and Approve selected.

Validation

A reading can't be lower than the meter's last real reading. If a meter was swapped, use Replace a meter instead.
