How to pay your invoice
Pay by bank transfer with the invoice number as reference so it's matched automatically.

- Step 1: Open the invoice, or press How to pay on your home screen.
- Step 2: In the How to pay box, copy the Recipient, IBAN and BIC.
- Step 3: Use the invoice number shown as Reference, and pay the Amount shown (what's still open).
- Step 4: Make the transfer in your bank app.
- The payment shows in Kelvo Nest once your association has recorded it or imported its bank statement, usually not instantly.
- Card or online payment inside the app isn't available yet.
- If you don't see a How to pay box, either nothing is open or your association hasn't added its bank details yet. Ask them for the details.
