What your association can see
A plain overview of what managers see about your activity in Kelvo Nest.
ResidentsUpdated
| Area | What your association sees |
|---|---|
| Invoices & payments | Your invoices, balance and payments for your unit. |
| Meter readings | The value you sent, your photo and what the AI read from it. |
| Notices | How many residents read a notice, not who. |
| Documents | Who opened a document, when, and which version. |
| Votes | Which units voted and who cast the ballot. How you voted is hidden in secret ballots. |
| Repairs | Everything you write and upload in the request. |
| Messages | Messages in conversations they're part of. |
People outside your home don't see your invoices, readings or repairs; others who live in the same unit do. Results of a vote are only shown after it closes, to everyone at once.
