Sign up and connect to your home
Create your account with the email your association has, and your home appears by itself.

Kelvo Nest is free for residents. Your association or management company adds you to your home with your email address; you just need an account with that same address.
- Step 1: Go to Create your account.
- Step 2: Enter your Full name, the Email your association has on file, and a Password of at least 8 characters. Press Create account.
- Step 3: Check your inbox for "Your Kelvo Nest verification code" and enter the 6-digit code. It's valid for 15 minutes.
- Step 4: Press Verify email. Your home opens automatically.
More than one home
If you own or rent several units, the unit name at the top of the app becomes a menu. Press it and pick another home under Your homes. Kelvo Nest remembers your choice on this device.
