Data and privacy basics

• Each organization's data is kept separate. People only see organizations they belong to, and residents only see their own home.
• Access is checked on the server for every request, so hiding a menu item is never the only protection.
• Changes to billing data and permissions are recorded in an audit log.
• Payment reminders and notices are sent to the email address on file. Keep yours up to date.

AI and your data

• AI features only use your organization's own data, and never share it with another organization.
• AI results are suggestions or drafts a person confirms, such as a photo reading the resident checks or a supplier invoice the manager reviews. The only exception is a near-certain bank match, which is recorded automatically and can be voided.
• Every AI request is logged with its cost, and each organization has usage limits.
