Plan general and board meetings
Create an AGM, EGM or board meeting, send the invitation, keep an attendance register and add minutes.
ManagersUpdated
- Step 1: Go to Governance › Meetings and create a meeting: Annual general meeting, Extraordinary general meeting or Board meeting.
- Step 2: Set the Date and time, Location and an optional Online link.
- Step 3: Fill in the Agenda (up to 30 items, each with optional notes).
- Step 4: Press Send invitation. For general meetings it goes to every resident who can vote and has an email; for board meetings, to owners, admins, managers and the board.
On the day
- Add people to the Attendance register, optionally with their unit and whether they represent it by proxy. It totals people, units and area represented.
- Votes linked to the meeting appear on its page; New vote creates one already linked.
- Press Mark as held afterwards.
Minutes
The quickest way is the Minutes draft card: AI drafts the minutes from the agenda, attendance and vote results, you complete them and press Save as document. See Draft meeting minutes with AI.
You can also upload minutes under Community › Documents in the Minutes category and pick them on the meeting's Minutes card. Residents see them if the document is visible to residents.
Cancel meeting emails a cancellation to everyone invited. Board meetings are never shown to residents.
