Every amount on a Kelvo Nest invoice can be explained. Go to Invoices, open an invoice and press any line.
What the explanations mean
| Line type | Example explanation |
|---|---|
| Your own meters | You used 4.2 m³ (meter 118.3 → 122.5) × price incl. VAT |
| Shared by floor area | €2,400 ÷ 7,400 m² total × your 68.1 m² |
| Shared equally | The cost shared equally by all units |
| Shared by usage | The cost split by how much each home used |
| One-off charge or credit | Something that applies to your unit only, like a key fee or a refund |
- (estimated) next to a meter means no reading was submitted, so usual use was billed. Your next real reading corrects it.
- A negative line marked as a correction is money back from an earlier estimate that was too high.
- (common) lines are shared building meters, split by floor area.
