Budget, repair plan, insights and exports
Plan the year's costs, keep the reserve fund ahead of major repairs, follow the numbers and hand files to your accountant.

Everything is under Planning. The board can read the budget, repair plan and insights; changes and exports need a billing role.
Annual budget
- Step 1: Open Planning › Budget and pick the year.
- Step 2: Press Copy from to start from last year's actual costs or budget, raised or lowered by a percentage. A partly booked year is scaled to twelve months.
- Step 3: Select a line to change its amount or note, or Add line for a new expense type or one building.
Projected monthly advances shares every line by its expense type's rule and shows each unit's monthly amount next to what it was invoiced a month last year. Metered and custom expenses are projected by area.
Long-term repair plan
- Add the major work for the next 5–10 years with a year and an estimate at today's prices. Switch off Paid from the reserve fund for work billed to owners directly.
- Assumptions sets how many years to plan, the yearly price increase and the yearly contribution. Without a figure, this year's reserve fund budget is used, or what was collected over the last 12 months.
- The projection shows the fund at the end of each year, the first year it would run short and the contribution per m² a month that pays for the whole plan.
Insights
Planning › Insights shows the collection rate, debt by days overdue, the amount billed per m² against a year earlier, consumption per meter type and maintenance figures for the last twelve periods.
Exports and year-end statements
- Planning › Exports downloads invoices, payments, the unit ledger and expenses for any dates as CSV files that open in Excel.
- Year-end statements give each unit its balance at the start and end of the year, what was invoiced and paid, and its share of the reserve fund. Open them to print one page per unit or save them as PDF, or download the summary as CSV.
