Set the reading window and reminders
Choose when residents submit readings; Kelvo Nest emails them when it opens and before it closes.

The reading window is the time residents can submit their own meter readings for a period.
- Step 1: Open the period and go to 1. Readings.
- Step 2: On the Reading window card press Set (or Edit).
- Step 3: Choose Opens on and Closes on and press Save window. The default runs from 3 days before the month ends to 5 days after.
Reminders
- Kelvo Nest emails residents automatically on the day the window opens and 2 days before it closes.
- Reminders only go to residents with an email whose unit still has a meter without a valid reading.
- While the window is open, Send reminder now sends an extra reminder straight away.
- Changing the dates resets the automatic reminders.
