Sign in, verify your email and reset your password
How sign-in works, what the 6-digit code is for, and what to do if you forget your password.

Sign in
Go to Sign in and enter your email and password. Managers land on their organizations, residents on their home.
If you never finished verifying your email, Kelvo Nest asks for a 6-digit code first. Look for "Your Kelvo Nest verification code" in your inbox (and spam folder). Codes are valid for 15 minutes.
Forgot your password
- Step 1: On the sign-in page, press Forgot your password? (or go to Reset your password).
- Step 2: Enter your email and press Send reset code.
- Step 3: Enter the 6-digit code from the email and a New password of at least 8 characters.
- Step 4: Press Set new password. You're signed in straight away.
Signing out
Open the account menu (your initials) and choose Sign out. Do this on shared or public computers.
